I'm a big Stones fan, but not big enough. They can't even touch something like "Born on the Bayou" or "Heard it Throught the Grapevine". And seeing as how Creedence put out six great albums in three years (along with a seventh bad album), and had tons of great songs in that time; I have to side with them.
Then again, The Beatles are really the best band ever; and Zepplin probably has some claim to that title too (though I rarely listen to them anymore). But sometimes, Creedence just hits the right spot and nothing is better.
